December 22, 2022 10:22 p.m. La Quinta. Low over the palm tree it is Silent. It hovers for about 45 minutes then is chased away by a helicopter and recedes back to the mountain range. Just hanging out like one of the family. We have all gotten so used to it that it is normal now.
