December 25, 2023 2:45 a.m. La Quinta. I Am not sleeping well at night again. I hear a high pitched ringing in my left ear which usually means the Orb is close by and wakes me up. This is a sign of my frequency raising is what I have learned about myself before these interactions with the prompting to go outside and film. Addressing and working thru the fear, is the task at hand. (I reference this in the book)
