July 29 2023 3:23 a.m. Pembroke Dock first time we had a clear sky since I arrived back in Wales. Doesn't mean it wasn't out before, only means that I'm not able to see much out with the pouring rain. This was a long night for some reason, not sure why. I took several videos this morning, very "electric" outside. lots of activity.

I woke up n looked out and there it was, over the ocean between London and New York. It was close to the plane just riding along side. I was literally flabbergasted!!! I have several videos of this. *Note* This is the beginning of it out my plane window when I fly.

This orb just clicked on from a totally dark sky so I got my phone out to film but the people at that table thought I was filming them so I had to stop. It moved for a few more seconds then it clicked off. We only saw it once that trip.

I hear a high pitched ringing in my left ear which usually means the Orb is close by and wakes me up. This is a sign of my frequency raising is what I have learned about myself before these interactions with the prompting to go outside and film. Addressing and working thru the fear, is the task at hand. (I reference this in the book)
